Our Guarantee

We stand behind every course we publish. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 7 days of your purchase, we will issue a full refund — no questions, no conditions, no forms to fill out.

The promise, in plain language:Buy a course. If you don't love it within 7 days, email us. We refund you. That's it.

We built AILevel on the belief that if a course doesn't deliver value, we don't deserve to keep your money. Our guarantee reflects that belief.

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund takes less than 2 minutes. Here is all you need to do:

Response time: We reply to all refund requests within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. If you email over the weekend, we will respond the next business day.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

Your refund request must be made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date shown on your Gumroad receipt. We use the purchase date, not the date you first accessed the course.

After 7 calendar days, refunds are no longer available. We encourage you to reach out if you have any concerns — we are always happy to help you get more value from the course before you decide to request a refund.

One refund per course: Refunds apply to one purchase per course per customer. If you purchase the same course again after a refund, it is not eligible for a second refund.

Certificate Revocation

If a refund is processed for a course, any certificate earned from that course will be invalidated. The certificate ID will be removed from our verification system, and the certificate will no longer show as valid on the public verification page.

This applies only to certificates for the refunded course. Certificates from other AILevel courses are not affected.

Processing Time

Once we confirm your refund, processing takes 2–3 business days on our end. After that, your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to reflect the credit on your statement — this is standard and outside our control.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from our confirmation, please email us and we will follow up with Gumroad directly on your behalf.
