Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AILevel platform at ai-level.app, purchasing any course, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using AILevel on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

Use of Platform

AILevel is designed for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform and its content for your own professional development.

You may not:

Share your account credentials with others or allow third parties to access the platform through your account
Resell, sublicense, or distribute course content in any form
Reproduce, copy, or create derivative works from any course materials without prior written consent
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform
Attempt to circumvent any access controls, payment systems, or security features
Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Team and company use: If you wish to provide AILevel access to multiple team members, please contact us at teams@ai-level.app for volume licensing options. Sharing a single account across multiple people is not permitted.

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
Keep your account information up to date
Use a strong, unique password and not share it with anyone
Notify us immediately at hello@ai-level.app if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account

AILevel is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

Course Access

Upon purchase, you receive lifetime access to the course content you have purchased, subject to the following conditions:

Lifetime access means continued access for as long as AILevel operates and maintains the platform. In the unlikely event that AILevel ceases to operate, we will provide reasonable notice and, where possible, allow you to download your completion data.
Content updates: Courses may be updated, revised, or expanded over time to reflect changes in the AI landscape. Updates are included at no additional cost.
Technical requirements: You are responsible for having a compatible device and internet connection to access course content.

AILevel reserves the right to modify or discontinue courses with reasonable notice. In cases where a course is discontinued before completion, affected users will be offered an equivalent alternative or a refund at our discretion.

Certificates

AILevel certificates are awarded upon successfully passing the final assessment for a course with a score of 70% or higher. Certificates confirm that you have completed the course curriculum and demonstrated competency in the assessed topics.

Important: AILevel is not an accredited academic institution. Our certificates are professional development credentials that demonstrate practical AI skills, but they are not equivalent to university degrees or accredited qualifications. Employers and institutions should evaluate our certificates on their own merits.

Each certificate is tied to your account and includes a unique verification code. Third parties may verify the authenticity of a certificate at ai-level.app/certificate.

If a refund is issued for a course, the associated certificate will be invalidated and removed from our verification system. See our Refund Policy for details.

Payment and Refunds

All course purchases are processed securely through Gumroad. AILevel does not store your payment details. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Gumroad's terms of service.

Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change. Any applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

Intellectual Property

All content on the AILevel platform — including but not limited to course videos, written lessons, assessments, quizzes, graphics, the AILevel name, and logo — is owned by AILevel or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your licence to use course content is personal and non-transferable. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or duplicate course materials in any medium
Distribute, sell, or publicly display course content
Create derivative works based on our content without written permission
Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from materials

Limitation of Liability

AILevel provides educational content for informational and professional development purposes. The platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

AILevel is not liable for:

Business, career, or financial decisions made based on course content
Inaccuracies in course content, given the rapidly evolving nature of AI technology
Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance or technical issues
Loss of data stored in your browser's localStorage due to browser clearing or device changes

In no event shall AILevel's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific course that gave rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
